  8. compulsory military duty in his native Italy seven years ago,
  9. STEFANO CASIRAGHI had an excuse: a genital tumor, which could
  10. cause impotence. By the time he and Monaco's PRINCESS CAROLINE
  11. had a second child in 1986, however, Italian authorities were
  12. investigating the claim. Though he's now a Monegasque,
  13. Casiraghi, 29, is to stand trial in Milan on charges of lying
  14. to officials. He and Caroline now have three children.
